Do you really want to go out for Halloween, but think you are too old? You are in luck! Holy Trinity is doing an event this Halloween called Titans Scare Hunger and we need people to go door to door on Halloween, but instead of having adults groan and ask how old you are for showing up at their door, you can go around with a group of friends and ask if they would be able to donate to the local St. Vincent de Paul. To participate in the Titans Scare Hunger event this Halloween, we will have an important information meeting at the start of lunch in Mrs. D'Hulster's room 155 on Monday October 17th.
A reminder to check the Honour Roll lists outside the main office by the end of the day today. If your name is not on the list and you think it should be please see Mrs. Lewis in the main office.
Shout-out to the boys volleyball team who, after losing the first set, won 3 straight beating Valley Heights. The coaches are really proud of how well everyone encouraged one another to maintain a positive headspace to come from behind more that once to take a set. See you bright and early Monday morning for practice.
Last night the Senior Boys Volleyball team played against Valley Heights. The boys came out strong and ready to play. Even with a few hiccups, the boys were able to rally together and come out with a 3-1 victory. Shoutout goes to Nick Weiler who had some unbelievable kills and Gryffin Townsend who sealed the win with a killer jump serve. Well done boys!
The boys are reminded of their next practice Monday morning at 7:15 am.
The senior girls kicked it off with a win of 51-20. Every girl on the team contributed with at least two points for the win. Shoutouts to Katie Earle, Haley Vanmaele, Emma-Jay Broer, Abbey Benaway, Victoria Ostia-Estevez, Teagan Vanrooy and Sophia Correia.
The junior girls continued the streak of wins against Valley with a score of 31-18. All of the junior girls chipped in a minimum of two as well. Shoutouts to Addi Kilpatrick, Seleena Grey, Gabbie Moore, Maeve Suprun, Parker Lennox, Aaliyah Hoover, Jenna Smith.
Good work titans! Practice after school on Monday.
