When you apply to OUAC (Ontario Universities’ Application Centre) your transcript will be automatically transmitted to Ontario Universities.

You can order your transcript online when you complete your college application (www.ontariocolleges.ca). A processing fee may be charged as part of your college application.

Applying to an Ontario University

You can order your transcript online when you complete your university application (www.ouac.on.ca). A processing fee may be charged as part of your university application. The request for your official high school transcript (completed courses only) will be through OCAS.

Applying for scholarships, awards, or bursaries and/or require a transcript?

Contact the guidance department of the last high school attended if you require a transcript. Please email our Guidance Secretary, Michele Burnie with the following information:

·         The reason you require a transcript, to determine if official or paper copy required.   

·         The email address and contact’s name at the organization/institution, if to be emailed. 

·         The name and full address for the organization/institution, if sending via regular mail.   

·         The Application and/or Student ID number.   

Please note digital/electronic transcripts will not be emailed directly to students or parents.
