Attention Grade 11 SHSM students in health and wellness! If you are considering going to the University of Western and are interested in Health Science or Medicine- please listen up! Discovery Days in Health Sciences are one-day events that give secondary school students the opportunity to explore a variety of career options in medicine and the health sciences. The program is delivered in partnership with universities, hospitals and research institutions across Canada. It is being held on Friday May 2nd at the University of Western and registration opens today! Please sign up at the main office if you are interested in attending. You will be away for the whole day on Friday May 2nd. Priority will be given to students in Grade 11 or Grade 12 in the SHSM. If you are not in SHSM but are interested your name will be put on a waitlist to go.
Attention health and wellness SHSH - students - please check your e-mails and the Brightspace page. An e-mail was sent to all of you! If you require the fire safety training for your SHSM you will receive a notice in your homerooms on Friday morning to attend this training.
The first of 2 cadaver labs is scheduled for April 24th.If you have not been to this before- please sign up in the main office.
