Good Morning, Titans! This is a message from Ms. McColeman in the library. We will be making homecrafts in the library, at lunch, today and Thursday. If we want to win fair, we need lots of quality entries, so let's make some out of old library books! See you at lunch in the library!
Attention members of the boys Varsity Baseball team. There will be a brief but mandatory meeting today at the start of lunch in Room 242. All members must attend.
There will be a very brief but important meeting for all Cross-Country runners immediately following announcements in the atrium.
Anyone interested in scorekeeping for the fall seasons and gaining community service hours? Come down to the Phys-ed office and ask about the opportunities available.
Attention HT! Fair is just around the corner, and we want to make sure we do our best to win this year. This year we are asking that everyone in each homeroom try and submit one home craft, especially the art and hospitality classes. Sign up at lunch today. Each person can submit as many entries as they wish, and we encourage that you do. Your homeroom teachers will have the list of home-crafts for you. This year is our year!
Anyone interested in gaining community service hours??? Come down to the Phys-ed office and talk to Mr. Backus about volunteering for the Turkey Point Mountain Bike Club this Sunday at Long Point Eco adventures.
Have you ever considered the thought of exploring a short or long term exchange? The Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise invites you to come to an information session to learn about youth exchanges and to ask any questions that you have. The process for applying will be explained. Sign up in the guidance office to attend the info session which will take place during the lunch hour on Thursday Oct 9th. Location Room 206.

Tennis tryouts will resume today as long as it is not raining. If it is raining- it will be cancelled and resume tomorrow. Boys from 3-4pm. Girls 4-5pm.
Good morning Titans! Homecraft is an important part of fair, specifically the part we need to improve. If we want to win, we need to step up. This is the last week to commit to a homecraft. Sign-ups are held during lunch. We want to see everyone make a commitment. Your homeroom teachers have a list of all the home-crafts for you. Let’s show everyone what we can do!

Attention tennis players! There is no tryout tonight. Tryouts will resume on Monday. If you cannot attend please let one of the coaches know as first cuts will be made after Monday’s tryout.
Today is the final day to bring in order forms and payment for spirit wear scrubs to Mrs. Bouw in Room 246. Please have all forms and money in by the end of lunch.
Attention those that tried out for the HT Golf team. The roster has been posted outside of the Phys Ed office. For those that made the team, there is a mandatory meeting today at the beginning of lunch in the music room to discuss the upcoming tournament.

Don’t forget Titans that tomorrow is a Spirit Wear Day. Students can replace uniform pieces with spirit wear. Students can be in full uniform, full spirit wear, or a combination of both. If a student has any piece of spirit wear, they can wear any shoe. We are looking forward to a great day tomorrow.
Due to the absences yesterday- the deadline for spirit wear scrub orders will be extended to Friday. Friday will be the last day to hand in scrub order forms and money to Mrs. Bouw in room 246. If you will be away Friday- then make sure your order form is submitted today. No extensions will be granted. Any questions, please see Mrs. Bouw. Please read and fill out the form carefully. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the order is placed.

Do you like to crochet or knit? Join the HT Knit Club Wednesdays in art room 142. We do many charitable projects while hanging out and sharing memories. If you have your own crochet hook or knitting needles, make sure to bring them to the first meeting. We will meet every Wednesday at lunch. Email Mrs. Cameron to get added to the mailing list if you're interested in joining the club. Everyone is welcome but prior experience is helpful. Hope to see you there.

There will be a brief meeting for the Junior and Senior Boys volleyball teams in Room 232 at the beginning of lunch today.

Attention grade 12's: We have Liaison visitors coming from Colleges and Universities to do small group sessions with graduating students to explain programs, admissions, supports, residence and all the opportunities their schools have to offer. Students are able to sign up for 3 liaison visits in the red binder on the counter in guidance. Upcoming visits: Western is today Sept. 16th, Kings University College is Sept. 22nd and Lambton College is Sept. 26th. The list of all the currently scheduled visits are posted in grade 12 Homerooms, on the board outside of guidance and scrolling on the monitors in the cafe. Please take this opportunity to learn more.
Today in the caf we have loaded nachos for $6.99, loaded potato soup for $4.20, chicken BLT wrap for $6.85, Southwest wrap for $6.85, and dill pickle pasta salad for $4.75.

Attention Tennis players! There are HT tennis tryouts starting Wednesday at the HT Tennis courts from 3-5 pm. There is a sign-up sheet outside the Phys-ed office. You must sign and return the tryout form outside the Phys-ed office and give to the coaches the first day.
Games Club is open every day over lunch in Room 231 (except on Thursdays Games Club is in Room 232 -right next door). All are welcome to stop in.
Any student interested in joining the Holy Trinity Cross Country team are asked to please sign up outside the Phys-Ed Office on the bulletin board and to take the information package and permission forms below the sign up form. We will have a brief meeting for anyone interested in joining TODAY at lunch in the Weight Room. Our first practice will be TODAY after school. Please return signed forms to Ms. Deconinck-O'Neail in Guidance.

For all girls interested in playing Rugby Sevens there will be a meeting in Room 233 today at the start of lunch. If you are unable to attend but are interested, please email Ms. Brown or Ms. Zizek
Junior and Senior Boys Volleyball tryouts are TOMORROW MORNING, Thursday morning and next Monday morning. All tryouts will begin at 7am in the gym. Don't forget to grab the forms from in the gym or Room 232. If you do not have a form completed, you will be watching tryouts from the sidelines until you do.
